How to return?

How can I return my order?
You can return an article up to 14 days after receiving it.
The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. You may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations but, if you intend returning them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odours. We check all returned clothing for stains and odours.
Make sure you wrap the items, with their original labels, in their original packaging. Fill in the attached Return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.

Returning packages without using track & trace is at your own risk. If anything shouldhappen to the package, DUO CENTRAL cannot be held liable.

Will the delivery costs of my returned item(s) be reimbursed?

The delivery costs (of the order) will only be reimbursed when an entire order is returned. You are responsible for the delivery costs of the returned articles, those costs we don't pay back. We hold the right not to accept returned packages and envelopes where the delivery costs have not been completely paid for.

Can articles be exchanged? 
Articles cannot be exchanged for other articles. But if you still want another size, colour or product you can return the unwanted item, and we will credit this to you within 5 working days! Meanwhile you can order the correct product again in our webshop, which you will then receive the next day (assuming all goes well with the courier company).

When will I get my money back? 
Within 14 working days you will receive a refund for the returned articles into the account that you used for the original purchase. Always ask for a track & trace code when you return your product. Without this code, we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the courier company.

My purchase was delivered wrongly, damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
We are truly sorry if you have a complaint regarding an item delivered by us. Always send an e-mail to our Customer Service first at info@duo-central.com before you return an article. Please do not forget to mention your order number. We will try to resolve your complaint for you as quickly as possible!
